Refund policy

Failure to read and adhere to these policies prior to purchase may result in order cancellation and permanent ban from shopping with Radical Resistance Co. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason at any time.

Anti-White Supremacist Capitalist Approach

We are always willing to work to make our customers happy but will not subject ourselves to verbal abuse, threats of chargebacks, and polite or impolite rushing from customers. We work hard to fulfill orders but will not subject ourselves to white supremacist capitalistic violence -- similar to labor endured by people employed by Amazon, Walmart, etc. We do not utilize unethical clothing manufacturing practices like ones many people buy on Temu or Shein. These garments are cheap because they are mass-produced by underpaid, overworked modern day enslaved people. We will work our hardest to ensure your AmeriKKKan made garment is printed and shipped as quickly as possible but we will not kill ourselves to do so.

Order Cancellations

Due to our print on demand model, we do not offer order cancellations after 24 hours (1 business day) after your order has been placed. For example, if you order at 12:00 PM on Monday, you would have to cancel by 12:00 PM on Tuesday to meet the deadline. For order help, you can contact us at helpmewtf@radresistance.com.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to covid and potential hazards, we do no not offer returns or exchanges. However, we are always willing to address customer concerns and work together to ensure customer satisfaction. For order help, you can contact us at helpmewtf@radresistance.com.

Lost/Undelivered Orders

We are not responsible for orders lost in transit due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check your address to ensure it is correct. Please report any missing packages within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims made beyond that will be denied. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For help, you can contact us at helpmewtf@radresistance.com. 

Refunds
We are always willing to address customer concerns and work together to ensure customer satisfaction. If a refund is deemed necessary and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Chargeback Policy

Any customer who files a "dispute" with their bank will find their claim met with swift legal action and will receive a lifetime ban, utilizing their credentials, from the purchase of our products. We are always willing and able to address customer concerns at helpmewtf@radresistance.com
